-This first post is about how different things are in US compare to developing countries like mine. Let's start with the Language. As everybody know English is one of the hardest language to learn among others... well, at least it was for me! haha. My friends and Family back home told me that If I could not understand any word "Americanos" were saying, my only way to get to know what they were saying was asking "How do you say this or that?"
I was flying from Peru to US in December 3rd. I was all nervous and excited at the same time. I remembered while flying I tried to practice my "Ingles [English]" with one of the beautiful flight attendants that were in the plane.
While the beautiful and tall brunette flight attendant was approaching me I was all sweating but ready to practice my English with her!
Smiling I tried to said; "Excuse me ma'am, Can I have some water"
Her long hair was all tight up in an almost perfect pony tail, her tight skirt and blouse pronounce even more her slender figure so she replied; "I am not a man!, y hablo Espanol [I speak Spanish]."
Well, I must admit that my first attempt to speak the English language was a disaster.
This is my first post ever!, and I am thrilled because I have so many stories to tell about my journey in this amazing country!.
